JohnBurakMusic.com provides professional music performance services for events and venues. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

Clients must confirm bookings with a signed agreement and payment as outlined in their individual contract. Payment schedules and requirements may vary depending on the type of event and agreement made.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a client cancels a performance after confirmation, a 20% non-refundable fee will be retained from the total booking amount to cover administrative and opportunity costs. The remaining 80% will be refunded to the client within 10 business days.

If JohnBurakMusic.com is forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or the performance may be rescheduled if both parties agree.

4. Liability

JohnBurakMusic.com is not liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, illness, equipment failure, or venue restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All music, recordings, media, and content produced by or for JohnBurakMusic.com are the sole property of John Burak unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy
